Thank you for shopping with Lyrical Graphicz! We take pride in crafting quality MDF sublimation products and want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing & Turnaround Times
All orders are processed and prepared before shipment. Please allow the following turnaround times before your order ships:
- Smaller products (keychains, paddle fans, wall decor, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Gift boxes & multi-piece sets: 5–7 business days
- Lockers & custom orders: 7–10 business days
Turnaround time begins the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best delivery experience.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
