At Lyrical Graphicz LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our custom MDF sublimation products. Because many of our items are made to order, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. This includes custom lockers, personalized gift boxes, and any product made with customer-provided artwork or specifications.
Non-Custom Items
For non-customized items, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Processing Times & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
