Custom Order Policies
Please read these policies before submitting your request. These policies will also appear as required checkboxes inside the order form.
Turnaround Time
Custom orders have a 7 to 14 business day turnaround time after all details are confirmed and payment is received. Turnaround does not begin until we have everything needed to start.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are based on current workload and project complexity. If you need a rush order, include your deadline in the form. We will confirm rush availability before invoicing.
Full Payment Required
Full payment is required up front to begin any custom order. No work begins without payment.
Design Fee
A $25 design fee is added to every custom order, in addition to product pricing.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final. No refunds or exchanges once payment is
made and work begins.
Proofs and Approvals
If your order includes a design proof, you are responsible for confirming spelling, names, dates, colors, and layout before approval. After approval, changes may require additional fees and may extend turnaround time.
Changes and Revisions
Changes after submitting your request may result in additional charges depending on the request and may extend turnaround time.
Communication and Delays
Delays in responding to proofs, questions, or missing details may delay your turnaround time. Fast replies help us keep your order on schedule.
Pickup and Shipping
We are based in the DFW area. Local pickup options will be shared at checkout when available. Shipping is available and shipping costs apply.
