What is your Refund Policy?

**Digital Products:** Due to the nature of digital files and the instant access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.

**Physical Products:** We stand behind the quality of our physical products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. **Problem Resolution First:** Before a refund is processed, we require that you contact our support team to attempt to resolve any issues related to the product. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

2. **Return of Product:** To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. **Proof of Purchase:** You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your refund request.

4. **Inspection:** Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of the returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

5. **Processing:** If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that sale items and custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.

What is your Shipping Policy?

**Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:** Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:** You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** Lyrical Graphicz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages:** Lyrical Graphicz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**International Shipping Policy:** We currently ship internationally. Please note, shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of order.

What is Print On Demand?

**Product Design:** Our Print on Demand products feature unique, preselected designs curated by Lyrical Graphicz. Each design is carefully chosen for its quality and aesthetic to ensure that your product is both distinctive and stylish.

**Order Processing:** Print on Demand orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. During this time, your chosen design is printed onto the product in high resolution, using industry-leading technology for crisp, vibrant results.

**Shipping:** Shipping times commence once the order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

**Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:** Given the made-to-order nature of POD products, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is in production. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service with photo evidence of the issue within [insert number of days] days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
