Order Processing: Print on Demand orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. During this time, your chosen design is printed onto the product in high resolution, using industry-leading technology for crisp, vibrant results. Shipping: Shipping times commence once the order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges: Given the made-to-order nature of POD products, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is in production. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged. Refund Policy?Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital files and the instant access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing. Physical Products: We stand behind the quality of our physical products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met: Problem Resolution First: Before a refund is processed, we require that you contact our support team to attempt to resolve any issues related to the product. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns. Return of Product: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
